The SRT E-Conference is your opportunity to network as well as get up to date with current changes in the field of international education.

FAQ

We accept up to 2 participant per institution. If you want a third participant please contact your account manager.

The standard registration includes 25 meetings for 3 days of the conference. However, you can add up to 3 more slots by unblocking your lunch breaks or double your quota by adding a second participant.

The schedule is organized in 30-minute slots, 25-minute long meetings and a 5-minute break in between.

You wont need to install any special software to take part in the E-conference, the event is hosted in Marcom eSchedule PRO, an online platform that will allow you to access your profile, the notification center and schedule meetings. 

Meetings and sessions are conducted via Zoom, so for the best experience we strongly advise you to update to the latest version of Google Chrome and Zoom.

You can have a student or a colleague physically join you for the meeting.

The platform will open up for scheduling meetings on 12 April. You can send and accept meeting requests until the end of the event, according to the participants’ availability.

The platform will remind you when you are about to start/end each meeting. To enter a meeting, click on the camera button and enter Zoom.  

Yes, up until 4 weeks after the event’s end.

You can, keep in mind those are also available for download from your profile.

There’s three types of sessions you can benefit from: Global Sessions are panels on current topics on international education with participation from both Uni reps and Counselors.  Info Sessions are delivered by counselors, where you can learn about their typical student profile, current trends and gain insight into their region. University promotional sessions are paid additionally- please contact your account manager as spots are limited.

Yes. However, we recommend you join them live as they are great conversation starters and sources of knowledge.

Once the conference is over, participants tend to establish meaningful relations beyond the scope of our event. Keep in mind that you’ll be able to access the contacts of participants until 4 weeks after the event’s end.
