Is there a limit on the number of representatives per university?
To strictly maintain our exclusive 2:1 counselor-to-university ratio, the standard registration includes one dedicated meeting schedule for one representative. However, if you wish to bring a second delegate, you can add them during the registration process (please check the booking form for secondary delegate pricing).
How many 1:1 meetings will I have?
You will have up to 20 pre-scheduled, 20-minute meetings with leading international school counselors. In addition to these formal meetings, you will have ample time to connect with all attendees during our networking lunches, coffee breaks, and evening social events.
How do I schedule my meetings? Do I need a specific app?
We use Marcom, our intuitive event platform, as your central hub. You do not need to download any software. Prior to the event, you will log into Marcom to build your university profile, browse the directory of attending counselors, and request your 1:1 meetings based on your recruitment priorities.
When does the meeting scheduling open?
The Marcom platform will open for meeting requests a few weeks prior to the In-Conference. You will receive an email notification as soon as the platform is live, giving you plenty of time to request, accept, and finalize your schedule before arriving in Portugal.
How will I keep track of my schedule on-site?
Your complete personalized itinerary—including your 1:1 meetings, workshops, panels, and social events—will be easily accessible via the Marcom platform on your mobile device throughout the entire event.
Will I get access to the counselor contact details after the event?
Yes. Your university profile will be visible to participants throughout the event, and you will retain full access to the platform and the complete counselor directory for one entire month after the In-Conference concludes. This makes post-event follow-ups seamless.
Can I distribute marketing materials?
Absolutely. You are welcome to bring physical brochures, viewbooks, and business cards for your 1:1 meetings and the University Fair on March 3rd. We also highly recommend uploading digital copies of your marketing materials to your Marcom profile so counselors can easily download them.
What type of sessions can my university participate in?
The In-Conference features collaborative panels, workshops, and roundtables where universities and counselors discuss modern admissions challenges and emerging global trends. If you want a more prominent speaking role, we offer premium sponsorship packages that allow you to host your own dedicated thought-leadership session.
What happens during the University Fair on March 3rd?
While the first two days focus heavily on strategic 1:1 meetings and professional development, the final day features a dedicated University Fair. This provides a dynamic, open-format environment to showcase your academic pathways to a wider audience and solidify the connections you've made.
